• Managing Member & CEO of Capital Investments Group LLC – our investment company
• Real estate license for the last 25 years – Residential & Commercial
• Real estate investor last 18 years – Residential & Commercial
• Real estate trainer – Residential & Commercial real estate investing
• Investment experience in purchasing distressed properties and flipping them for profit, using techniques such as subject to, lease option, syndication
• Partner in a $10M 248 unit Apartment syndication located in Texas
• Previous business owner of an employee management company for16 years – managing over 200 employees
