Home Equity Investment (No age limit/ No interest/No monthly payment)

 Get Cash From Your Equity

A Home Equity Investment (HEI) is a financial product that allows homeowners to leverage the equity in their property to access funds for various needs. The HEI has NO monthly payments and NO interest!

The HEI is particularly appealing to those looking to finance home improvements, consolidate debt, or even invest in other opportunities.

* Some homeowners use a HEI to catch up back payments and cure their mortgage default. You may qualify even if you are in foreclosure and a Notice of Default has been issued.

Unlike traditional home equity loans, which require monthly payments, a Home Equity Investment Loan typically offers a different repayment structure, allowing homeowners to potentially benefit from the appreciation of their property's value over time.

Home Equity Investments are changing the way homeowners access their home equity by providing a hassle-free option without additional monthly payments and no new debt.

The HEI lets you access your hard-earned equity without restrictive qualification hurdles and no early repurchase penalties.

Get the most out of your home’s value with equity sharing.

How It Works:
A home equity sharing agreement is not a typical loan! It allows homeowners to access their home’s current value without interest or monthly payments. In return, a home investment company will invest in a share of your home’s future value.

You'll have streamlined access to cash with no monthly payments.

Repurchase your investment option anytime within your term.

Easy qualification based on your home equity.

Keep your home! You remain the owner and continue living in your home.
